Shipping policy

We ship to the continental US. For orders outside of the United States please contact us for international shipping quotes. For your convenience we offer three methods of delivery: Free Local Delivery, White Glove Home Delivery, and In-Store Pickup.

 

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on all orders to the Richmond, VA area. Simply place your order online and select free local delivery during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange for a delivery time.

 

White Glove Home Delivery

White Glove Delivery not only includes delivering the package to your home but also includes moving the furniture into your home and assembling it if required. The pricing for White Glove Delivery varies by your location, which will be added during checkout. Contact us for a custom quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally.

 

In-Store Pickup

We also offer in-store pickup at our Richmond, VA factory and showroom. Select in store pickup during checkout and then call us to setup a time to pickup your furniture at your convenience.
